I aspire to positively impact that revolution through active participation.

Passion for Future Thinking and Technology

Though I come from a life-science background with a master's degree in molecular genetics, in recent years my interest in grand challenges led me to complete a new master's in Science, Technology, and Society. This interdisciplinary study has deepened my understanding of the interplay between technology and society. I firmly believe AI and emerging technologies are among the most significant disruptors of our time and see a critical need for leaders who can bridge diverse perspectives to shape their trajectory responsibly.

Work Style

I thrive in collaborative environments and excel at strategizing with cross-functional teams. My colleagues and team members view me as an open, direct, practical, and well-organized counterpart.

Leadership is a key aspect of my work style. I see it as my duty to support my direct reports in attaining the growth they desire, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
